Our highly professional staff are trained in End of Life care to identify your needs as well as help you cope with your physical and emotional side enabling you to obtain the best quality of life. Here are some examples of what we can offer.

  1. Personal Support
    We can provide personal support in your home which can be anything from cooking, cleaning to personal care and administration of medication.
  2. Live in Carer
    If you have a more intensive support requirement we can arrange for a live in support worker. This can bring peace of mind to both you and your family members.
  3. Involvement
    We involve our client, family and friends and keep you well informed about the range of options and resources that are available for your condition. Choices and your personal needs are always at the heart of all planning and delivery of our care.
  4. Personal Interests and Hobbies
    We can help you with a great sense of companionship and provide support for you in pursuing your personal interest and hobbies. We are sensitive and prioritise the needs and wishes of our customer, family and friends.
  5. Training
    We have a continuous professional development programme that our staff undertake that includes End of Life training which enables them to support people with major illnesses to take control of their own lives.
